by Swahiba@OlympicDrive

First Priority Kenya was honored to host a transformative Youth Ministers Training in Nairobi on Monday, 24th November 2025. A total of 74 youth ministers from various parts of the city participated, reflecting a growing passion among church leaders to strengthen youth discipleship and evangelism initiatives. We remain grateful for our expanding partnership with the Pastors Programme, whose commitment to adopting the peer-to-peer discipleship model continues to fuel the impact of the First Priority mission as we work together to fulfil the Great Commission.

The training was facilitated by Rev. Ken Aringo and Fredrick Onyango, who provided practical tools, biblical insight, and hands-on strategies to help youth leaders effectively implement the First Priority model. Through interactive sessions and group discussions, participants developed context-specific ministry approaches tailored to their churches, communities, and school environments. The focus was to empower leaders to cultivate stronger discipleship pathways for young people while fostering collaboration across ministries.

At the end of the programme, all participants received certificates of completion, signifying their readiness and commitment to launch and lead First Priority groups within their respective areas. The enthusiasm and unity displayed throughout the training affirmed the growing momentum of the First Priority movement across Nairobi.

Participant Testimony

“Dear First Priority Kenya Global Ministries,
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the powerful programme on making disciples and preaching the gospel that I had the privilege to attend today. The teachings were truly inspiring and equipping. I am grateful for the certificate awarded to me—it will serve as a reminder of the importance of spreading the Good News.

The F.I.S.H. strategy Focus (pray for others), Inspire (bless others), Share (serve others), and Hook (tell others about Christ) was particularly impactful and has given me a fresh perspective on how to effectively share the love of Christ.

Thank you for investing in the lives of believers and for creating a platform for growth and development. May God bless you abundantly for your efforts in advancing His Kingdom.”

Conclusion
The Nairobi Youth Ministers Training marks another significant step toward empowering leaders, strengthening gospel-centered collaboration, and expanding the First Priority strategy across Kenya. We look forward to continued partnership with churches and ministries as we equip the next generation to reach their world for Christ.
