Jitambue Purity Program
Empowering teenage girls to stay in school
through compassionate, holistic care
for body and spirit.
The Jitambue Purity Program (JPP) exists to empower high school girls aged 13–19 to live with purity, confidence, and purpose.
We serve girls in informal urban settlements and rural communities where access to accurate reproductive health information, mentorship, and basic necessities is often limited. Through a holistic approach, we nurture both inner transformation and practical support, helping girls stay in school and build a better future.
Our program combines mentorship, life-skills training, and reproductive health education to equip girls to:
- Make informed, healthy decisions
- Build confidence and self-worth
- Overcome social and economic barriers
- Stay in school and thrive
We are raising a generation of resilient, informed, and purpose-driven young women who will transform their communities.
Why JPP Matters
Many girls face challenges that force them out of school, including:
- Lack of sanitary products
- Poverty and school fee arrears
- Gender-based violence and harmful cultural practices
- Limited access to mentorship and guidance
JPP addresses these barriers directly ensuring girls not only enroll in school, but remain and succeed.
We also:
- Advocate for policies that protect girls from violence and discrimination
- Engage men and boys as allies in promoting girls’ rights
- Partner with schools to create safe, supportive environments
