Tabasamu Partnerships

Tabasamu Shoe Distribution has consistently flourished thanks to its steadfast dedication to strategic partnerships. Our initial step in any undertaking revolves around forging strategic alliances within the specific community, closely collaborating with schools, community leaders, non-profit organizations, and others. This approach grants us a substantial edge, as our partners bring critical insights into the community’s dynamics, facilitating the creation of a more effective and positive impact.

For this year’s Tabasamu Shoe Distribution, especially in Kilifi County, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Be.cause International, who have generously provided all the shoes needed for distribution in the county. Their innovative “shoes that grow ” concept is truly remarkable, particularly for families in need. These adjustable shoes can be adjusted up to seven times, effectively addressing the problem of children outgrowing their footwear. This innovation plays a crucial role in preventing soil-transmitted diseases. Without appropriate shoes, children are especially vulnerable to illnesses and parasites, leading to suffering, missed school days, and potentially tragic consequences. Moreover, the rapid growth of children often results in them outgrowing donated shoes within a year, leaving them vulnerable once more.

Swahiba Networks has tirelessly managed this program for two decades, impacting the lives of 26,018 children in a meaningful way. We extend a heartfelt invitation to organizations, corporations, groups, and individuals who are willing to join us in the Tabasamu Shoe Distribution program. Let’s initiate a dialogue and explore the possibilities of collaboration by reaching out to us at info@sahiba.org. Together, we can make a substantial difference in the lives of countless children and families in need.
