by Swahiba@OlympicDrive

This year’s Tabasamu Shoes Distribution has been a remarkable journey of impact, hope, and transformation. We are delighted to share the highlights of what has been an extraordinary year.

Impact Highlights

Beneficiaries: Our most recent distribution in the Kibera slums reached 637 children, each receiving shoes and socks.

Lives Changed: During the outreach, 55 individuals surrendered their lives to Christ, a testament to the power of this initiative to transform lives spiritually as well as physically.

Total Distribution: We exceeded our annual goal of 5,000 pairs, distributing an incredible 6,029 pairs of shoes and socks across all our Tabasamu events this year.

Significance of December Distributions

December distributions are especially meaningful for several reasons:

Christmas Gifts: For many children, these shoes are the only gifts they will receive during the holiday season, bringing joy and a sense of belonging.

School Readiness: These shoes help children return to school with dignity and confidence, ensuring they feel proud, prepared, and able to blend in with their peers.

Protection and Hope: The shoes protect their feet from the challenging slum environment, while also restoring dignity and instilling hope for the future.

Seasonal Message: December also allows us to share the true message of the season hope, love, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow.

Stories of Hope.

Throughout the distributions, we encountered unique and deeply moving cases of need, which we will share in the near future. These stories remind us why this mission is so vital and how it continues to make a difference.

A Heartfelt Thank You.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all our partners and supporters. Your unwavering generosity and faith have made this success possible. Together, we are restoring dignity, hope, and faith to those in need.

Here’s to an even greater impact in the years to come!
