The Tabasamu Project continues to bring joy and hope to children across the country, and this time, we were humbled to serve at Children’s Garden Home and School. This institution, led by Mr. Moses Ndugu, provides a home and education to hundreds of less fortunate children. We had the opportunity to speak with the director, who shared heartfelt words about the impact of the project.
The director expressed his gratitude, highlighting how, for the first time, all the children in the school received shoes and socks. He emphasized how life-changing this gesture is, especially for children from challenging backgrounds where walking barefoot is often the norm. The shoes have not only provided comfort but also a sense of dignity and hope for a brighter future.
We were privileged to have 24 amazing volunteers from Rusinga Schools join us during this special event. Together, we distributed 189 pairs of shoes and shared the true meaning of Christmas with the children. In a moment of great joy, 52 children made the life-changing decision to give their lives to Christ, embracing the season’s message of love and redemption.
As the Tabasamu Project continues its mission, we are reminded that small acts of kindness can make a profound difference. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supports this initiative. Your generosity brings hope and transformation to children who need it most. Let us keep walking together to create brighter tomorrows for these young lives.
