In 2012, Swahiba Networks  in partnership with Burnt Hickory Baptist Church – BHBC set out to sink a Water Well for the Maasai community in the Inkilongosi Suswa area. After 4 days of drilling 200meters deep, we ended up with a dry Well. It was the saddest day of our lives but also the beginning of a new direction. SN and BHBC partnership continued with the quest to fulfill the dream bringing Clean Water to the Inkilongosi Community.

This dream was achieved when funds for acquiring a water truck were raised and the community was challenged to develop a business model to ascertain the sustainability of the water truck.

The fund generated from the Water Truck business has been used to buy 30 2,300ltr. Water Tanks valued at $200 (Ksh.16.000)

We were privileged to have Senior Pastor BHBC, Mike commission 10 Water Tanks for 10 Families at the Inkilongosi Baptist Church.
